Parkinson's Caregiver Seminar
Video Teleconference
On the 15th of November, 2007, the San Francisco PADRECC conducted a video teleconference that connected over twenty different sites for a special five hour caregiver seminar. The sites included most of the clinics around San Francisco, clinics on the Hawaiian islands, and other sites from as far away as Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, and Ann Arbor. It was a pioneering outreach activity that has never been attempted before in the VA. Although there were some technical difficulties at the very beginning, overall it was a very successful day.
